Retail Purchasers Agreement
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INITIATING ANY TRANSACTIONS.
Scope of this Agreement
The ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC (“ZIPBOXMEDIA”) Agreement (the “Agreement”) between you the RETAIL PURCHASER (“Purchaser”) and the ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE OWNER (“Store Owner”) is available in the United States and any Territory that ZIPBOXMEDIA governs or is licensed to operate in. These services permit our Retail Consumers and Clients to perform a number of specific operations including but not limited to purchasing or renting Downloadable products from the ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE OWNER. The ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE sells to retail purchasers, the END USER only.
ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and In Store Gift Certificates. All transactions are managed through a Secure Network. ZIPBOXMEDIA attains immediate approval once the purchase has been made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL / NO REFUNDS.
ZIPBOXMEDIA STORES only accept Credit Cards issued in the United States. If a transaction is declined please ensure all information is correct and re-submit.
All transactions are considered a single transaction but may be shown and referenced as a combined amount. Please note that some Credit Cards will show a reference that does not show as ZIPBOXMEDIA.
Sales Tax may be collected and added to the purchase depending upon the different States Requirements. The rate of Sales Tax calculated will be that based upon the Retail Consumers billing address. ZIPBOXMEDIA only charges sales tax in states that Digital Sales are taxable.
ZIPBOXMEDIA Gift Certificates are not refundable and can only be used for ZIPBOXMEDIA Store purchases and not to purchase other Gift Cards.
ZIPBOXMEDIA encourages the Store Owners to offer their Digital Products at competitive prices. All Products and items posted to a ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE, are priced by the Store Owner. ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC has no responsibility or obligation to the Retail Purchaser or Store Owner to set or honor pricing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL / NO REFUNDS.
ZIPBOXMEDIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion to make changes to Terms and Conditions without notice or obligation. Your continued use of the Agreement constitutes acceptance of any changes that may have been posted.
Retail Consumer Terms of Use
The Retail PURCHASER and the ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE OWNER agree to this Legal Document dated July 19, 2008 and revised January 1, 2010. This Agreement together and with all terms, conditions, software licenses, updates and rules Constitutes the Entire Agreement.
ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC is the provider of All Things Digital through the ZIPBOXMEDIA STORE OWNERS that permits you the Retail Consumer to rent Digital Media. This service is available for consumer’s age 13 years of age and older. If you are 13 and have not reached your 18th birthday, you should review this agreement with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that there is a clear understanding of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to this purchase you recognize that there is a possibility of encountering content that may be deemed explicit in nature. You agree as the Retail Purchaser to have the sole responsibility and assume all risk. At no time will ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC assume any responsibility or liability for this content.

Accepting the Agreement
After you have read this Agreement in its entirety and the Privacy Notice, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. When you accept these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized Retail Purchaser acting with full authority, and that you are duly authorized to execute this Agreement to Purchase. Purchaser also agree by accepting this Agreement to hold harmless ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC, ZIPBOXMEDIA, ZBM, any and all affiliates, companies, divisions, and employees. It is also agreed that both the Store Owner and Purchaser have voluntarily entered into and made this Agreement with ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC.
WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING, YOU ALSO CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE ABLE AND WILLING TO ACCEPT THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THIS DOCUMENT.

ZIPBOXMEDIA, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO IT’S AGREEMENTS WITHOUT NOTICE OR OBLIGATION.
